Delivery Options and Returns
Please look at our assembley service if you would like me to personally deliver your item.
All of our prices do include weekday delivery. Deliverys are flat packed , with comprehensive instructions, self assembly required . When you purchase a log store from us our courier will contact you by e-mail the day before delivery.
You the customer are responsible for the item once it has been left at your address. If you have asked for the item to be left please be aware of this.
If you have no where to leave the log store during weekdays please request weekend delivery before purchase and i wil quote which will need to be paid for by bank transfer.
Delivery dates our Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
Free Delivery is to UK mainland excluding Scottish Highlands and all off shore islands.
Scotland northern/highlands delivery.
We can deliver to Northern Scotland and Scottish highlands but there is an extra charge.Delivery service is aproximately 3-4 working days.
Small log store, standard log stores and single log stores £15.99
Single tall log stores and all standard height double log stores £26.99
Double tall log store and all xl log stores £36.99
If you reside in ireland or the highlands please purchase through the website and we will send a request for payment through paypal for the delivery surcharge.
We hope you are very happy with your purchase, if you have any problem with your purchase please contact us straight away .
If on delivery your item appears to have been damaged during transit please contact us straight away and send a photo with measurements and description and we will send out replacement parts straight away.
Refunds, If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 3 days and return the log store to us.The item must be fully wrapped with bubblewrap and cardboard.
When we have received your returned item providing it has been returned in a resaleable condition we will refund you for the purchase price only, refunds can take up to 5 days to process.
Sorry but we cannot accept liabillity for loss or damage in the return post . We do not pay for return postage unless item is faulty.The cost of sending the item to you will be taken out of the refund if the item is not wanted.
